steth_pills_diaryWhen you and your GP agree that you need to see a specialist you will be sent paperwork from the surgery which instructs you on how to book a hospital or clinic appointment that can deal with your medical problem – this means that you will be able to choose the date and time of your appointment. The paperwork sent to you will contain a booking reference number and two passwords that you will need to quote when you call the appointments line of the hospital/clinic of your choice.

If you have any questions or need help with booking your appointment, you are welcome to contact the medical secretaries at the surgery for further assistance (0117 949 7774).
