Everyone must stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
You should only leave the house for very limited purposes:
Important - These reasons are exceptions – even when doing these activities, you should be minimising time spent outside of the home and ensuring you are 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household.
There is separate advice about staying at home if:
Do not leave your home if you have either:
To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home.
Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.
Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
Important - Call 111 for advice if you're worried about a baby or child.
If they seem very unwell, are getting worse or you think there's something seriously wrong, call 999.
Do not delay getting help if you're worried. Trust your instincts.
Use the quick NHS coronavirus status checker to tell us about your current experience of the virus.

The Patient Participation Group (or PPG) provides an opportunity for our registered patients to get involved in current health service issues and help the practice shape and improve its service.
Up to 20 patients may attend the quarterly meetings (February, May, August, November) and every patient can contribute to the agenda by submitting ideas and comments to the PPG Chair James Magness here.
All our patients are invited to join the group. We would value the opinions of everyone, including young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
To join, all you would need to do is to let us know that you would like to be involved by contacting us using the form links below. You can either sign up online or by printing the form off and handing it into the surgery.

Whilst we Celebrate the successes of the NHS in its 70th year, we all recognise the great pressures that it is currently experiencing and our practice is neither protected nor immune from these. The main pressures are financial cutbacks and staff recruitment difficulties which means the services available to us cannot be taken for granted.
We believe that patients of Gloucester Road Medical Centre receive a very good and consistent level of care. This is worth fighting for and needs to be protected.
The Gloucester Road Medical Centre PPG is a small group of registered patients who meet regularly with the practice to consider issues that affect patients. Membership of this is group is open to all registered patients and new members are welcome. If you would like to contact us please see the website www.grmc.nhs.uk.
